Shipping policy

Each item is made to order—because of this, shipping timelines may vary.

Please allow up to 14 weeks (98 days) for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Some items may ship sooner, but production times can fluctuate depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. After that point, we are no longer responsible for the item, and any delivery issues should be directed to the shipping carrier.
